Kataraina Hodge is the chair of the Raukawa Settlement & Charitable Trust and a Director on the Commerical Arm of the Raukawa Iwi Development Ltd. The Māori Ward councillor of Ngā Tai ki Uta for Waikato Regional Council. An experienced governor of local Environmental, Health Board committees, Ahu Whenua Trust and, Farm Boards.
Kataraina is a member of the Waikeria Kaumātua Rōpū who provide cultural support to the Director of Waikeria Prison.

Hagen Tautari has worked in secondary, tertiary and public education roles for the past 30 years. He has held senior and national leadership roles in the sectors of education, building and housing, employment, retirement and treaty engagement. He is also an experienced director/trustee, holding roles with Habitat for Humanity (Central Region), Te Rūnanga o Kirikiriroa, Te Tiratū Iwi Māori Partnership Board and a number of Ahu Whenua Trusts

Tureia Moxon is of Ngāti Kahungunu and Kāi Tahu descent, and brings a wealth of experience in health, information technology, and strategic leadership. He has led the monitoring and performance team at Te Kōhao Health Ltd, held the CEO position at an IT company, and served on the board of the Whānau Ora Commissioning Agency, focusing on outcome-based reporting for Māori health organisations. His work is marked by a commitment to integrating Te Reo me ōna Tikanga into operations, aiming to enhance community wellbeing through culturally grounded practices and innovative technology solutions. As an advocate for Māori development, his diverse expertise allows him to contribute significantly to the collective goals and aspirations of his Iwi and Mataawaka.
Tipa Mahuta

Tipa Mahuta is from Rahui Pookeka (Huntly) and grew up on Waahi Paa Marae.
Tipa has held a wide range of governance roles including Iwi, community and local government positions. She is currently also the Chair of Te Whakakitenga o Waikato Inc and Nga Hau e Wha Councillor at Waikato Regional Council.
Her previous roles include Co-Chair Iwi Appointee of the Waikato River Authority, Co-Chair of Te Aka Whai Ora (Māori Health Authority), Chair of Te Puna and Member of Taumata Arowai.

Dr Mataroria Lyndon is a Māori clinician, academic, and governance leader who has served as the Deputy Chair of the Health Promotion Agency and as a board member of Te Aka Whai Ora Māori Health Authority and the Northland DHB. Currently, he is a board member of Pūtahi Manawa Centre of Research Excellence for Heart Health, Aktive, and the Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Foundation.
A co-founder of Tend Health, Dr. Lyndon also serves as a Senior Lecturer in Medical Education at the University of Auckland. His previous leadership roles include Equity Lead at Mahitahi Hauora PHO and medical lead for Māori Health at Counties Manukau DHB. A Fulbright Scholar, he holds a Master of Public Health from Harvard University, completed a PhD in medical education, and was named Deloitte IPANZ Young Professional of the Year.
Bella Takiari-Brame

Bella Takiari-Brame is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. She is also a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors New Zealand and has extensive background in the energy and utilities sector. Bella is a professional director and holds public and private sector positions nationally and locally including Deputy Chair of Te Nehenehenui Trust (Maniapoto), Chair of the Lines Company, Board Member of ACC, Director on Te Ohu Kai Moana and Aotearoa Fisheries Limited (Moana).

David Taipari

David is an experienced governor who is currently the Chairman of the Independent Māori Statutory Board, Hauraki Māori Trust Board and, Pare Hauraki Fishing Trust and a Board member of Nga Iwi FM. David is also the General Manager of the Hauraki Collective.

Glen is an experienced governor predominately within the Māori development, Health and Education sectors. Current governor roles held with Ngaa Muka Development Trust , Te Korowai Hauora o Hauraki Board, Hauraki PHO, Primary Health Organisation Board, Chair Hauraki localities alliance, Ecoquest Education Foundation PTE, Director Winton Lands Ltd and Te Tiratū Iwi Māori Partnership Board.
Glen has held roles in the public service sector and continues to work with his own whānau trusts.
Graham Bell
BOARD MEMBER
Iwi affiliations: Ngāti Hāua, Aotea, Tainui, Te Arawa
Graham is the chairperson of the Ngāti Hāua Iwi Trust based out of Taumarunui. He leads their Treaty Settlement negotiations as well as providing strategic advice for the establishment of their post settlement governance entity.
Graham holds a wealth of knowledge and experience, having completed his LLB and practicing law for many years in Taumarunui. He then worked in the public sector for the Department of Conservation and Te Puni Kokiri in various operational and managerial roles.
Graham also has a long record of service for Ngāti Hāua and the people of the Whanganui River, having been a Trustee on the Whanganui River Trust Board and the Hinengakau Development Trust. He also spent many years working alongside Sir Archie Taiaroa across a number of key kaupapa including the settlement of the Whanganui River claims.

Maxine is the Pou Ārahi (general manager) of the Ngāti Hāua Iwi Trust based out of Taumarunui and has held the role since 2019. In this capacity, Maxine has been at the coal face of the Trusts work in the health, education, taiao and treaty settlement areas, providing important operational leadership and support.
Maxine holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration, a Diploma in Law, and a Diploma in Māori and Pacific Development through the University of Waikato. She has worked in various leadership roles and has an extensive experience in delivering contract services to local communities. She also holds governance positions on Māori Land Trusts for her own marae, hapū and whānau.
